i trailed off when i said it, but i knew exactly what i meant

how lucky we are to have found each other. 
how even more lucky to have fallen at the same time.
you in my bed, 1 a.m., head on my chest and an arm around my waist,
i could stay like this until the sun peeks out so tamely from the clouds, 7 a.m. with the singing birds…
